Does this store any patient information?
No — not even close. FHO+ Hourly Time Tracker tracks physician time only. No health card numbers, patient names, diagnoses, visit records, or any Personal Health Information (PHI) are entered into or stored by this tool. It is not connected to your EMR.
Is this approved by OHIP or the Ministry of Health?
FHO+ Hourly Time Tracker is a time-tracking and organisational tool, not a billing submission system. It doesn't connect to OHIP or submit claims on your behalf. You use the reports it generates as the source of truth when entering your billings into your existing submission workflow. Always verify your submissions against your FHO Agreement.
What happens when my 45-day trial ends?
We'll reach out by email before the trial ends. There's no auto-charge — we'll confirm your plan choice before anything is billed. Your data is preserved throughout and you can export it any time.
Can I export my data?
Yes, always. Full CSV export by month, batch export across all physicians, and a complete JSON backup — all available any time from within the app, no waiting period and no request needed. We recommend exporting before cancelling a subscription.
Does it work on iPhone and mobile?
Yes. FHO+ Hourly Time Tracker is a full web app optimised for mobile. On iPhone, tap Share → Add to Home Screen to install it as a standalone app. On Android, Chrome will prompt you to install it. It works offline for viewing, and syncs when you're back online.
Where is the data stored?
All data is stored on Supabase servers hosted in Canada, encrypted in transit and at rest. Each organisation's data is isolated with row-level security — no organisation can see another's data.
Does FHO+ Hourly Time Tracker submit claims to OHIP?
No — FHO+ Hourly Time Tracker is a time tracking tool only. It does not connect to OHIP, submit claims, or integrate with your billing software. You use the monthly reports it generates as your reference when entering billable hours into your existing OHIP billing system. It tracks and calculates your hours; you submit them through your normal workflow.
Why cloud-based instead of a local spreadsheet?
Local tools — spreadsheets, files saved to your computer — carry real risks: accidental deletion, hardware failure, no access from your phone between patients.
